Getting to know each other
You tell us about your wishes, your budget and your plot – or that you don’t have one yet. We give you an honest first assessment, even if it is uncomfortable.

Planning
Our architect develops the floor plan and elevation with you. You receive a detailed building specification that lists every item.

Fixed-price contract
Price, services and construction time are set in writing. What is in the contract applies – even if materials become more expensive.

Construction
Your site manager coordinates all trades. Every two weeks you receive a short report with photos, and you can reach her directly with any questions.

Handover – and afterwards
Joint acceptance inspection, handover of all documents and a dedicated contact for warranty matters. Many clients recommend us afterwards – and are rewarded for it.
