1. Participation
Natural persons aged 18 or over who live in Germany may take part. Employees of Sternhaus Massivbau GmbH, members of their households and commercial brokers are excluded. Participation is free of charge and requires registration with a confirmed email address.
2. Assignment of a referral
A referral is assigned if the referred person visits our website via the referrer’s personal link or enters the personal code in their enquiry. An entered code takes precedence over the link. The first valid referral counts. If the referred person was already in contact with us beforehand, no claim arises. Self-referrals are excluded. Visitors who come via your link see your first name and the first letter of your last name (“You were recommended by …”). The referred person decides whether the referral is stored in a cookie. If they decline, the referral counts if they enter your code in their enquiry.
3. Bonus
If the referred person signs a building contract for a house with us within 18 months of their first enquiry, the referrer receives a bonus of €1,500. The claim arises once the statutory cancellation period has expired and the contract has not been cancelled. The bonus is paid by bank transfer within 30 days of approval.
4. Taxes
The bonus may be taxable. The referrer is responsible for its tax treatment.
5. Fair play
Referrals may not be spread through paid advertising, spam or false pretences. In case of misuse we may end participation. We may change or end the programme with effect for the future; claims that have already arisen remain valid.
6. Deleting your account
You can have your account deleted at any time by emailing us. Outstanding claims from referrals already assigned remain unaffected.
