Anyone who comes to us through a referral receives a €1,000 voucher for fixtures and fittings – for example for the kitchen, a smart home system or the garden.
Important: referrals still count even if months pass between the first click and the contract. Your friends can enter your code in the enquiry form at any time.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to have built with Sternhaus myself?
No. Any private individual aged 18 or over can take part. Only our employees and their households are excluded.
When exactly is the bonus paid?
As soon as your referral has signed a house-building contract and the statutory cancellation period has expired. You can see the status in “My account”, and we will also inform you by email.
What happens if two people refer the same family?
The first referral counts. If someone explicitly enters a code in the enquiry form, it takes precedence over the link.
Can I see whom I have referred?
You can see the number of visits via your link, the enquiries and their status – but for privacy reasons no names.
Do I have to pay tax on the bonus?
Referral bonuses may be taxable. If in doubt, please check with your tax adviser. All details can be found in the terms of participation.
